Refund Policy

At Seoul Selects, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@seoulselects.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
