Our company has a 30-day return policy. In other words, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
If you want to return a product, you can only return it if the product is in the same condition as when you received it, you have not used/worn the product, and the tag and original packaging have not been damaged. Also, there must be a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the return is approved, we will send you a shipping label for return along with guidance on how to return and where to send the package. If you return the product first without requesting a return, the return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check the product immediately upon receipt of the order. If the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Some product types, such as perishable products (food, flowers, plants, etc.), customized products (special order products, personalized products), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.), cannot be returned. Also, hazardous materials, combustible liquids, and gases are not accepted for returns. Please contact us for any questions or concerns regarding specific items.
Discount items or gift cards cannot be returned either.

The fastest way to receive the desired product is to return the received item and purchase a new item after the return is accepted.
European Union's 14-day contract withdrawal period
Notwithstanding what has been described above, if the goods have been shipped to the European Union, regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, even if there is no valid reason. As described above, the returned product must be in the same condition as when received, not used/worn, and the tag and original packaging must not be damaged. Also, there must be a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once you receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
