PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES
International Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 USD.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Seoul Selects is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@seoulselects.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
